Grant, along with his parents Shawn and Julie formed Chundy Land & Cattle in 2016. This was also the year that the family purchased Bob and Randy Martin’s cow/calf pairs. The following year we had our first production sale in February at Imperial Auction Market.

Today, the operation consists of Stan and Phyllis Jones, Shawn and Julie Jones and Grant Jones, the sixth generation. Together, we work to maintain and grow this beautiful ranch we call home. The ranch is situated along the Chase and Dundy County lines (Chundy) in southwest Nebraska. We raise corn, soybeans and hay along with our commercial and registered cows. We operate a small backgrounding lot and finish cattle at yards in Nebraska and Kansas.
